There are several habits that slow down our brain's performance. Which has a profound effect on our daily lives? Let's not know, some of the habits reduce our brain performance.

1. Insufficient sleep-

There are many of you who watch TV overnight, many works overnight, many read books and wake up all night. He did not sleep at night and passed the night. It's bad for your body, too. A study by the US UCLA has shown that drinking coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc. daily decreases the brain's performance. As a result, it destroys the tendency to remember or learn something new.

8. Smoking reduces brain function -

Many of us smoke. Many times I smoke together while chatting. One study has shown that intelligence is much reduced in such practices.
